In order to encourage industry and development in our Empire, restrictions and regulations concerning such will be lifted.

The responsibility for imposing INDIVIDUAL (where this concerns CORPORATIONS or COMPANIES) restrictions concerning either health and safety or pollution will lie with His Serene Majesty's Government, in specific His Minister of Trade and Industry. The Minister may, if he so wishes, set up an Independent Industry Watchdog.
