Message | "We just overturned all the laws that turned our nation into a military problem. Chemical and biological weapons, and the exporting of those weapons, are blights. They are unnecessary blights that violate our most sacred treaties of neutrality. We will argue against these proposals in the Assembly if they are put to a vote, and we will work to overturn them if they pass. Only Article 3 is remotely tolerable, and Article 1 is horrifying but not the disaster that Article 2 is. -- Lain Keymon |

Message | "We've modified the second article to be more in keeping with our preference for neutrality. Allowing us the option to retaliate in kind to an attack with chemical or biological weapons, does not in itself threaten our neutrality. Furthermore it gives our defense industry another market in which to sell its wares." Dan Haffigan |

Message | "The PNRF support the liberalization of Keymon's military. However our main success in the past have been in the naval sector. It is prudent that we explore what we are good at , and not venture into dangerous avenues which may threaten our policy of neutrality. We would support this bill if biological and chemical weapons were stricly to be developed for Keymon use only and not traded. Other technoloy should be traded freely. That is our stance." -Chairman Nyegnav |
