MessageThe SLP agrees with the «adults only policy» although we would prefer a more liberal bill towards the availability of alcoholic beverages. Nevertheless we will support this bill.

ToDebating the Alcohol regulation
MessagePreventing the consumption of alcohol until an individual is 24 leads to adults who do not have an understanding of how alcohol effects you. Leading to over consumption and even death.

We would prefer the law as it is now where only adults can purchase alcohol but anyone can consume it. Thus children can be exposed to alcohol under the supervision of an adult, instead of in secret.

MessageJudging by the wording of this proposal I think it means children cannot buy alcohol but they could still consume it in the home under the supervision of their parents. I also think that the current age at which one is considered an adult is too high, and I will be proposing an ammendment to it shortly.
