(Purely for Role Play puroposes.)

The Whig Party would like to propose:

The Parliament of the United Kingdom of Beluzia and Bailon, with the authority of his majesty, Grand Emperor Zog, hereby outlaw the Beluzian Republican Militia.

From this day forward the following articles should be considered law:
1) The Beluzian Republican Militia is illegal and as such is not allowed to meet.
2) The leaders of the Beluzian Republican Militia are considered highly dangerous criminals, and are to be arrested as soon as possible for the crime of Treason.
3) Any organisation which is found to be funding the illegal activities shall be immediatly closed down and property taken into government hands, without compensation.
4) Anybody found to support the BRM abroad may be subject to extradition, depending on the laws of the government of that nation.
5) Anybody guilty of the crime of Treason for being a member of the BRM, sacrifices all but the basic human rights. They shall lose the right to vote for the remainder of their life, even if they are ever released from the imprisonment of the Grand Emperors prison.

These articles are subject to change, under the advise of the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Beluzia and Bailon. The articles are to be implimented as a direct response from the terrorist activities of the BRM.

MessageYay, i'll get to vote on this :)

You'll have to make the Republican Reform Party illegal as well and kick me out of parliament. :D You can't do that with the restrictions of the game, all you can do is call an early election and hope for the best :)

MessageSome of this is redundant (particularly article 7), and Krishna Evola of the Justice ministry requests a removal of article 4 as being overly restrictive (Protection of Zog is a matter of National Defense as well as Justice, and thus effects many departments). That said the spirit of the bill is Rightful, and has the conditional support of the People's Populist Party.

MessageAm I wrong, or isn't terrorism already against the law? Why do we need special laws for specific terrorists?

ooc: you are not allowed to make claims regarding anything not relating to your party and it's supporters. You can say your own headquarters burned down, but not anyone else's. Rumors are fine, of course.
