MessageAllthough our preference is for another option, the bill manages to improve the current status of our police forces.

MessageThe M.N.U.F. supports what we would label, a right, for an man of the law to carry protection at all times. Perhaps a system maintained by local governments could regulate the use of firearms; many nations require that any officer who fires a weapon write a full report in proportion to it. Creating a special caste of officers trained in the arts of marksmanship is something we can support to progress our Republic's national interests.

To our respected colleagues of the Supporters of Science in Design, we respect your right to the opinion that no law enforcement official carry a lethel weapon. However, it would be absurd and naive of you and dishonest to this Republic to presume that the men and women whom dedicated themselves to uphold the laws aren't threatend. Sadly, we do not live in a Utopia and sometimes criminals or suspects and worse-yet even completely innocent citizens threaten officers with lethal force. Given their risks and dedication to our proud Republic, not enabeling them to basic protections is beyond words. I would ask our respected colleagues to re-consider their position.

MessageRegardless of if they are threatened lethally, there is no need for them to respond in kind. There are no criminals that they would have to kill to subdue.
