Bill: Biological, Chemical and Nuclear Use Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: United Malivia
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2432
Description[?]:
In order to further protect the Gerajan Republic of Malivia we must allow for the use of weapons of mass destruction for pre-emptive strikes, and not just as retaliation. We see that this is necessary because if WMD's are used first on Malivia then our population may be decimated before we have a chance for retaliation, as such, we must allow for the use of such weapons for any reason. |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
