Bill: The Morality in Our Media Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Moderate Voice of Reason Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 2440

Description[?]:

Private media has for too long been corrupting our youth with their corporate propaganda and their continuous portrayal of sinful living as something to aspire to. Lest our children become tainted and our noble, wholesome way of life decay into an abyss of grievous and fatal sin must take action.

And take action with swift and sound judgment for the sake of a better tomorrow in which we all can live our lives without being exposed to the abject filth of today's mass media.

MessageWe do not understand the obsession in humans of hiding their species' reproductive acts. What is the grave error made by making this information available to children?

MessageArticles 1 and 2 are acceptable, but Article 3 is not. It assumes that sexal behavior is wrong, a cultural assumption that is unjustifyable.
