Message | I'd rather see Articles 1 and 2 changed to the option for the national government to provide funding to local governments, but otherwise...I don't see a problem with it. As is, I'll vote against it. I don't see a compelling reason to increase the bureaucracy within the national government, particularly when it comes to non-essential things such as libraries and museums. Change Articles 1 and 2, and I'll support this bill. |
