| The Government of the Confederation must cede to the need for a strong national government. A revolution from within must take place for this to be realized! There are two kinds of people within a country: a citizen and a civilian. For one to become a citizen one must pass an exam proving they know and understand their government and what it stands for. They have proven their intelligence and abilities. They are perfect to allow to lead the country. There is not need for a dead-weight and inefficient presidency. A strong Chancellorship should be created to hold both titles and operate them with efficiency. Town mayors must be appointed by the Head of the countyr to ensure that the government's will is done. Protect the people from spies and terrorism with ID cards! |
