Bill: The Peoples' Right to Bear Arms
Details
Submitted by[?]: Society of Sadists
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2095
Description[?]:
Guns were recently banned in a very tight vote. However the people rewarded the parties who opposed this with a majority of seats this time. Why should thousands of our citizens be made criminals by storing their previously legal arms? And why should we fear the power of the people unless we wish to oppress them? Remember: criminals will always have guns. Our decision is whether to let good law abiding people protect themselves or not. |

Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Ownership of guns by private individuals.
Old value:: Adult individuals may not own firearms unless professionally required.
Current: Adult individuals are allowed to own and purchase guns freely.
Proposed: Adult individuals are allowed to own and purchase guns freely.
