Bill: Extending the Session
Details
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 2447
Description[?]:
Well already I've found it annoying that our session is four and a third days real time, so I'd much rather have an even three years than the current length. (And then there's the fact that the PPK had a good point about cabinets; we still haven't changed the cabinet since the last election.) |

Old value:: 28

Message | We prefer an odd number of days between elections, so that people in particular time zones are not disadvantaged. But would support a longer term. |
