MessagePeople must be at least partly responsible for their own actions. If people don't want to save for their retirement, we see know reason to force them.

MessageWith this system they will be exactly that, partly responsible. The compulsory system will provide an acceptable minimum, give every pensioner the peace to live out their old age without having to worry over basic necessities like food, shelter and medicine.
The option of a private pension allows people to save up anything beyond that for themselves, thus everyone is the master of their own fate, but within the reason becoming of a compassionate society.
