MessageThese proposals do indeed threaten our security! In what way do they not? The higher standard the PPPP speaks of should be the higher quality of these weapons!

MessageThe higher standard I speak of is never destroying thousands of innocents with horrific weapons.

MessageWe too wish that there were no such things as WMDs. Unfortunately they are a reality and so must be faced rather than ignored. Our WMD capability has never been used, that is the proof of its effectiveness as a deterrent. Removing this capability would put us at the mercy of any nation that has them. That is not an option!
