Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Honorable Colleagues, The Conference of Parties has agreed on the following Bill and Resolutions. The Cabinet will continue to meet here [http://82.238.75.178:8085/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=13265] until a more favorable location is established. Parties may issue Executive Resolutions to be acted upon by the Ministers and all other items regarding Cabinet there. Those Ministerial appointments to which the Conference did not consent were assigned alphabetically. All the Ministerial appointments may be challenged at the above listed thread. CONFERENCE RESOLUTION 1. I. Every Party resident within the Nation shall have not less than one seat in Cabinet, unless by abstention or acclamation they should Forfeit such. II. Every Party resident within the Nation shall have one vote in Cabinet, unless by abstention or acclamation they should Forfeit such. III. Having Forfeited their vote in Cabinet, Any Party may at any time demand the Dissolution of Cabinet. And Cabinet shall be Dissolved. And within 24 hours, The Head of State, or in his absence, the Majority Party shall commence The Conference of Parties who shall, by vote, reform Cabinet. And during Dissolution, The Legislature shall direct the several Ministries. IV. The election of The Head of Government and the assignment of portfolios shall be by vote of the Parties in Cabinet Assembled. V. No Minister shall perform any act on authority of his office except by order of the Parties in Cabinet assembled. VI. Definitions VI.I. Any Party which absents itself from debate for 24 hours immediately following the Commencement of Conference shall be called Abstained. VI.II. Any Party which absents itself from Cabinet for 24 consecutive hours shall be called Abstained. VII. The Legislature may divolve what powers it may see fit to the Cabinet. CABINET RESOLUTION 1. To change the length of the legislative term from 36 months to 72 months CABINET RESOLUTION 2. To make the Minister of Internal Affairs responsible for the Rildanor Wiki Entry CABINET RESOLUTION 3. To make the Minister of Education responsble for catalouging Votes, Bills, Proposals, Election Results and other history, and assisting the Minister of Internal Affairs with the Rildanor Wiki Entry |
