The Liberal party believes that smoking is the factor that causes deaths around this nation and will do anything for there to stop such deaths that could hav been prevented. We hope each party supports are bill. |

Current: Cannabis is legal as a sedative for patients in pain.
Proposed: The medicinal use of cannabis is illegal.

Old value:: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.
Current: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section.
Proposed: Smoking is only allowed in private homes and clubs.
