OOC: This bill is just to more or less show our positions on things, which will hopefully change the visibility factor to a more truthful scale. This bill has to do with civil rights. There will be many civil rights curbs proposed in it, and I of course will be voting against it, but like I said, this is about fixing stances on the issues. |

Message | Fascists are'nt necessarily against civil rights, against political rights like voting and stuff for the most art yeah, but Civil rights more depend on each group. Now, I should make it known though that regardless of there stance on civil rights, I am vehemently against Fascism. |
