Message | The MCM will not grant the Police to right to randomly search a citizens home; even if they may be an illegal alien. If someone is suspected of being an Alien under current law, a formal investigation may be taken up, and then the person if found to BE an illegal alien will then be expelled. The current system is quite sufficient and shows a balance between the systems. Brenna Worthington- MCM senator from Fuwan, MCM Shadow Foreign Minister. |

Message | If someone is an "illegal alien", it is because someone else takes profit in hiring him or her on understandard wages. The hypocrisy of punishing the victims, instead of the perpetrators, is blatant here. No one should ever be considered "illegal". We oppose this bill and will consider arming ourselves and shooting police officers invading our homes to do such dirty job. Sen. Ersebet Piantella - Workers Party |

Message | Senator Western-Parker, how is it "communism" to defend one's own private home against unduly interference from police? Such anti-communist hysteria would be funny if it wasn't dangerous. Sen. Ersebet Piantella - Workers Party |

Message | did you people not read the description? "if passed, will allow the immigration and naturalization service to raid suspected homes of illegal aliens, provided they can show enough evidence for a judge to sign the appropriate warrants,..." who said anything about random? |

Message | I am sorry but I feel this bill is rather extreme. There would need to be significant technology developments for us to back this bill. Mike Sullivan, Labour Minister for the Interior |
Date | 04:20:19, September 25, 2007 CET | From | Liberal Party of Solentia | To | Debating the illegal alien expulsion act |
Message | This bill is far too vague and too open to interpretation. What qualifies a home as suspected? Should we not be asking the question why illegal aliens are in this country, rather than simply expelling them? This increases the government's powers of search far too greatly to search homes. We cannot support such a bill that lessens the people's right to privacy and freedom. Ethan Turner, Deputy Party Leader |
