Message | In the interest of maintaining peace, and in light of recent tensions, I would suggest that this Parliament ratify the Treaty of Non-aggression Between the Federated States of Rutania and the Beluzian Republic with due haste. The Foreign MInistry is aware that some parties in Beluzia have been pushing for a mutual defence treaty, however we feel that to have a non-agression treaty now would serve to provide some stability, and maneuvering room for future alliances. In the light of the Artania Defense Initiative such cooperation becomes viable. If there are no further comments from this House I shall endeavour to bring the treaty to vote for immediate ratification. |

Message | Change High Contracting Party to Signatory nation. Article 3 is probably unnecessary. Bruce Dickinson of the Freedom Party as Foreign Minister will be signing this for Rutania You might want to change "Hans van Mierlo Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federated States of Rutania" to the Beluzian Republic |

Message | Because peace is not in their interests. Probably why their allies in the PAL started this incident in the first place, and voted agaisnt a non aggression treaty before this incident even occured. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
