Bill: Freedom to SELL Arms Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Kapitalist-Arbeitsfamilien Partei

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2467

Description[?]:

This bill seeks to UNIFY Likatonia by proposing a COMPROMISE solution to the sale of conventional arms. Naturally, of course, we both STRONGLY support that people should not have a right to sell arms to terrorists are enemy nations. However, does it make sense to forbid citizens to sell arms to nations that have friendly relations with us???

Thank you for your full support.

Just because the Lodamese government is our chum on the international stage, doesn't mean there are no Lodamese terror groups just looking for weapons to bring across the border.

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections.

Random quote: "The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary." - H. L. Mencken
