| SO now we can pass the constitutional amendment to restrict the amount of bills brought to the floor. This is the revitalization of the bill entitled "The Bill To End All Bills" Which Read "Or at least to stop them. We need to limit the number of bills a party can promote during a year. I believe that a high quantity for proposals is unnecessary, however, as no one needs to pass or try to, more than 15 bills a month." We lost that time because we were 1% of two thirds of the legislature. Now, 30 senators have vacated their seats, and such a bill would pass. Please vote. |
