| We - Spes Patriae - feel the people of Selucian must have the right to own and carry weapons in order to protect themselves, their families and property. Therefore Pro Patria suggests the following changes to be made. |

Old value:: Adult individuals may own guns under strict license conditions.
Current: Adult individuals may not own firearms unless professionally required.
Proposed: Individuals are allowed to own firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Weapons allowed to private citizens.
Old value:: Only certain types of weapons may be owned by the general public, and there are further restrictions on places where they may be carried.
Current: Only certain types of weapons may be owned by the general public, but these may be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner.
