There need to be regulations on advertising to prevent false claims and the targetting of children for certain products. 1) No false advertising. 2) No advertising of alcohol, tobacco, or recreational drugs on television. 3) No advertising of alcohol, tobacco or recreational drugs on radio. 4) No commercial advertising within 500 meters of a school. |

Message | They would have to, or we would be creating a loophole you could drive a bus throught. Product placement especially, with endorsements or personally read advertisements, should not be allowed with regards to tobacco, alcohol or cannabis products. These products, frankly, sell themselves. |

Message | If we're not going to allow advertising of tobacco, alcohol or cannabis, we might as well extend that to all recreational drugs. Otherwise it could be legal to advertise heroine in some areas. |
