Message | ((OOC: small note, considering the electoral system of Beluzia as well as the names for regions and the President-Prime Minister system it would be apparent that the Beluzian Republic is a unitary state. So there would be no "federal" government but a "national" government. That is how I see it, at least ;) )) We support libraries, but we are not convinced that there are any flaws in the current system nor is it clear to us what exactly Tax and Spend is proposing. If there were to be a law attached to this idea we would consider it on its merits. |

Message | against - private companies are doing a good job. |

Message | We are willing to endorse this proposal as a gesture towards our coalition partners, although both systems are fine with us. We are rather apathetic to the precise way of funding libraries as long as we have a system that is of good quality. |
