Just as the previous bill named Argos, the closes of our Eastern Territories, this bill seeks to name the second Eastern Territory, the one that borders the great inland sea/caltropic lakes.

As this region has a high amount of Kli'kut tribes in the area that live there lives based around the coast and rivers, we propose a Kli'kut based name be given to it.
