Date | 07:33:46, October 28, 2007 CET | From | Wessex High Imperial Party | To | Debating the Health Care Reform Act |
Message | The UU party is willing to drop articles 1 and 3 together, or keep 1 and 3. We would like to hear some other opinions before editing the bill. We feel that the government has a duty to provide some public health care, though not completely--and we also feel citizens have a responsibility to pay for some of their own medications, though this can be subsidized. We feel the proposed changes of this bill reflect a livable compromise between universal health coverage and irresponsive government. |
