Message | OOC: For multiple propsal bills with no specific connection, I just do it in this format, more simple, easier for discussion. " Article 1: It's really not like someone's going to start an agency called "Kids for Pedos". This bill allows the State to grant "permits" to agency's that strive to put a kid in a home with a parent. To say that they can't be raised by a single individual is ludicrous, if we believed in that we'd put kids into foster homes if one of their parents died. To say that homosexual's are not capable of raising children is not true, as they are people, no matter what their sexual orientation. That's like saying black people can't raise children. Party's who think that homosexual parents means homosexual children is also wrong, as homosexuals tend to have straight parents. Sexuality cannot be influenced by another person, no matter what they mean to the gay. Just ask any Christian fundamentalist whose kid's just came out of the closet. Article 2: Zardugal has a rich culture and history. It has inspired many history buffs who'd love to establish a museum. Of course, if they started to fail, their government funds would be cut. If they no longer needed them, the funds would be cut. This bill allows us to get the benefits of the free market without the risk of losing our historic and cultural wonders." ~LP Spokesman |

Message | No, because the effects of the funding cannot be controled. Furthermore, we cannot accept the trade of humans through "adoption companies". |

Message | I am indifferent to article 1. I am against article 2. I agree that these organisations will obviously be well intended, however I don't think anyone except the state should be given premission to 'trade' citizens. |

Message | "I don't understand. Companies? These are organizations that look after children and try to put them in a home. How can you be so heartless as to not allow them to do this?" ~LP Spokesman |
