| Message | We cannot support this bill, as Article II threatens the livelihood of endangered animals. Also, we feel that farm size ought to be regulated, but in a way that encourages small farmers to thrive. We agree with Articles I, III, and V, but the weight of the other two pull us in a direction to not support the bill at this time. If the sponsor has reasonable arguments we could possibly change our position. |
