MessageNo, No, No and no. This bill doesnīt make bigger goverment, only make better regulation of discussable problems. Democracy is type of administrative, where some rights are repressed for mojarity group of people and other peolpe have to abide by majority group. It is a big reform so much regulation is normal. (and animal rights are nothink for you????)
This bill will set up rightful social program, that will be good for everyone.
