| WHEREAS, the current law states, "There are no regulations on the sale of tobacco." WHEREAS, the law leaves the underaged to be free from purchasing tobacco products, which endanger their lives. WHEREAS, the government understands that tobacco is the only source of income for many people WHEREAS, the government must also take into consideration the health of the people, particularly the underaged. WHEREAS, through this act only adults will be allowed to use tobacco products since they are considered physically and mentally fit to use the abovementioned products. |
