| It appears that due to a little loophole in legislation even small children have access to fireworks. The kind of fireworks only certified experts can properly use. We believe government should permit only adults to purchase those, alternatively that Local governments should determine fireworks laws. |

| Message | It should the parents responsobility to decide if their kids shoot fireworks or not. A 16 year old isn't an adult, but should be able to handle fireworks properly. Besides you have access to them, I go with my father and buy fireworks and shoot them myself. |
