Description[?]:

"We once again put forward our pacifist and Buddhist agenda in the hope of seeing the eradication of all form of armed activity within the Duchy. We remember the glory days of the Keymon military abolition where money was saved and the nation remained secure and we wish to recreate those days and welcome in a new era of peace and prosperity for our island nation."

Message"We fail to see how this will generate peace and prosperity. though we do acknowledge the potential economic benefits. Perhaps if you could supply proof that this worked in the past, or simply go into greater detail we could possibly see a reason to support this bill. However, we do hope you understand our animosity to support without good reason. If we were to support this I am afraid that the TDP would be called out for being hypocritical, as we thoroughly argued against a simmilar bill that would leave Keymon open for attack. We called this bill a deliberate attempt to undermine national security. I am sure that you can see from whence we derive this belief, but you may have shifted this into a new light for us. I have just one more question for you, our country has a good amount of surplus at this time. Why would we need to shave from the defense industry to pad that, other than the security of having a little room to manuver. And were would we be left in the case of an attack. Those are our main problems with this bill, but given proper evidence you could sway us. I thank you for your time."

Message"We are happy to comment on the concerns of the TDP. Mr Winters as you know we are a small nation with a GDP many times below that of the rest of Terra. Whilst we are prosperous and can support our citizens the fact still remains that on a base level we have less money than others. As such any attempts to build up the military of Keymon, no matter how much effort, time and money has been put in has always failed as we simply cannot match the military size of nearby nations. Yet this should not be construed as a belief in leaving the Duchy unguarded. Instead it has always been the policy of this party to ensure the nation follows a strict path of neutrality thereby, when combined with the benefits many nations gain from using our financial organisations, minimising the risk of attack on our nation. As was shown in the Likaton Crisis, nations such as Hobrazia and Selucia immediately came to our aid and were able to assist in the expulsion of the fascist invaders from the island. Furthermore since then we have brought into play the Keymon Defence Agreement whereby ratifying nations, so far only Jelbania, have been under obligation, not just choice, to defend us if attacked. In conclusion through this path we save money that no matter how well spent will never be able to protect us against bigger nations whilst at the same time making sure our people are safe."
