Description[?]:
There has been no better time to enhance and strengthen our Education System. The workforce has been boosted, however many remain on low incomes. We are concerned about this, in future generations many of those who are employed are only on the lowest of incomes, this can be detrimental to our economy in terms of taxation and government expenditure and also detrimental to the individuals own self esteem. Therefore we, as the National Conservative Party, are proposing to lift the education requirement from 16years of age to 18. This will allow young people to further develop their knowledge and skills too meet the damands of the working world. The National Conservative Party also calls on the Government to pay for higher education for those on low incomes on the basis that when they do reach a certain level of income, they must repay that money back. This will ensure that those who are disadvantaged will have the same opportunity as the rich when it comes to education. Lets build a smart nation and a bigger economy. |
