Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government.

Message | You know, it was very unwise to take this to a parliamentary vote without debate first especially considering the fact that the country is on the whole pro-regulation. The only provision I concur with is Article 5. The other 4 articles are rationally unacceptable and thus the URC will vote against them. |
