| Having seen that our bill to restore the history of Rutania has been rejected for various reasons we have decided to launch an act combining the two most popular parts of the previous bill into a separate act. We propose to restore the national flag of Rutania to one of its first, and its longest serving flag, the Golden Dragon flag. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a29/Insanefez/dragon1.gif A long time ago, the Golden Dragon flag won the National Flag Committee's prize for the greatest flag on Terra http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=67097&mforum=particracy#67097 as you can see in that thread, and yet it has been replaced with an, in our opinion, is hard to distinguish, lacks clarity and does not use good colours. The Golden Dragon symbolises what was for a long time the national animal of Rutania, the Dragon, the red ball represents the fiery ball of socialism which is always present in Rutania one way or another, the Dragon represents the mythical and long history of Rutania. The dark blue symbolises Rutania's history of conservatism and its extended seas. The gold represents Rutania's long standing capitalist history, credentials, and the ingenuity of its people. We also propose to change the national animal back to the dragon which it was for such a long time as if the Old Flag is approved, it does not make much sense to not have the national animal as the Dragon. We hope this meets the approval of the parties.
