ooc:If you (or they) don't want to RP it, thats fine, but as far as the PPP is concerned, were at war. If you want to say Beluzian troops havn't crossed the border, than PPP supporters in Beluzian uniforms (maybe AWOL troops) still publically invaded.

Message	The PM can request (or will be able to) a declaration for war BUT, they can't simply declare war upon another country. ((ooc) I just had a quick check on the actions page. Moreover Blair has never declared war. But he did get Parliamentary support for it. It's very complicated and I can't explain it well. As for Marek I think he needs a rabies shot. ;) ))
