MessageBCI - You have emphatically stated you are against animal registration for decades! Now you see there was error in your ways?

In terms of this policy (which has been proposed by the GVP several times) it is one that protects domesticated animals from abuse, hoarding, and provides a local database to return missing pets. We also would include the banning of domesticated animal breeding for profit in this proposal.
