| Message | After pushing to make this allowed for those during the first trimester - we will not support this move by your ludicrous Party. The Conservatives believe in respecting the freedoms of women in particular in those women who have been raped and have fallen pregnant - and teenagers who foolishly, under the infuence of external factors fall pregnant with no disire in raising children. If we move to allow this only for medical emergencies- we will see women go to backyward abortionists which causes an increase in hospital admission for medical procedures that have gone wrong and/or infections. We will also see teenagers falling pregnant and will have no choice but to give birth to an unwanted child. Now if the teenager is unemployed and has no social support network - we will be just creating a future nation of disadvantaged individuals. I urge members of this place to think through this topic before voting. |

To bring life into the world is a huge factor, its not as easy as "yeah she'll be right, we'll just adopt the child out" attitude.
