What about those poor animals that are owned illegally then ditched? Or those orphaned who can't return to the wild because of lack of killing skills? Those who own said animals must also be regulated to make sure proper care is shown towards the animals.

Messagethere are animal parks (and no I am not talking about zoos, but open wild life parks where the owners of the park care for them, might be a sarafi park, or it might just be a park for animals like you just said, there is a TV show about one on BBC 1 or 2 sometimes.
