Message | Oh yes quite right. |
Date | 18:32:00, December 16, 2007 CET | From | Union Hosienne-Démocrate (UHD) | To | Debating the Come on people, BE HAPPY |
Message | We would have thought that the Forpees and Empees would be against this given their adherence to our maintainence of these weapons ... it seems odd that they would want us to prepare for this type of war but would forbid the nation from maintaining a nuclear or biological deterrent. The best form of protection would be providing a deterrent against anyone willing to use these weapons against us. But we guess that would make sense. |

Message | A nation of peace must always be prepared for war. This is our new stance on the issue. |

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with. |
