| Whereas the protection of the nation is the one of the prime concerns of the Government as also is the protection of the trade and enforcement of the trade laws. It is proposed that the establishment of a Revenue Cutter Service be established under the Finance Ministry. The Revenue Cutter Service will be Headquartered in Iker Ado with bases being established where necessary. The prime purpose of the Revenue Cutter Service will be to provide navigation aid and provided assistance to ships in trouble within UKBB's territorial waters. They will also be responsible for enforcement of all trade laws relating to items coming into UKBB seaports. During times of war, the Revenue Cutter Service will be temporarily transferred to the Defense Ministry for the duration of the war. |
