MessageSurely Child Abusers can not get away with adopting children in this country. This loop-hole needs closing.

MessageThe stance of the JLC in this matter completely is beyond belief. Can they really be saying that it is not for the government of this country to screen child abusers but they would rather let a private agency, with no regulation, make sure everything is ok?

Would any member of the JLC be confident that private agencies are doing the best they can with no government intervention?

This is surely a case of the JLC being "free market" without taking into account what is best for the children and it should shame every one of the JLCs Senators that the leadership of the party has frog-marched ( or goosestepped) them through the lobby just so they can follow a deregulation principle.

Shame on the JLC and shame on their senators.

MessageThe JLC believe that Business regulates itself, that if an Adoption agency misbehaves then people will not use it and choose to use a more reputable establishment, Absolute trust on such a level seems not to fit a party which contains the likes of Bruce Wayne.
New Action cannot support such a claim, Our Society is slipping, years of conditioning towards Mammon, Selfishness and false liberalism have denied us the chance to live in an Honest society.
While we will vote for, on the back of the principle of Child-Freedom above Coin-Freedom, this we fail to see what effect it will have as without any funding or manpower [which can only be achieved though funding.] this will not be instituted or the Adoption industry regulated.

MessageI wish to remind New Action that this will be taken out of the internal affairs budget ( most likely) so it does already have funding.

MessageThe CWC wishes to thank parties for passing this legislation and once again wishes to re-iterate its abhorance at the position of the JLC and the so-called Liberty Party on this issue.

Random fact: Once approved, players should copy Cultural Protocols into a bill in the debate section of their nation page, under the title of "OOC: Cultural Protocols". This bill should include links to the passed Cultural Protocol bill and the Moderation approval.
