Message | This would have my support if Article 4 was dropped. The other articles I'm flexible with but, would support them unquestionably. A nation wide ban on smoking is both a direct violation of liberties of our citizens. Sure, it is unhealthy; no smoker would argue this. How about a more reasonable and free-market approach? Make this optional, at best. Which allows business owners, club owners, etc. to apply for a permit to allow smoking on their premises. Those who choose to go smoke-free; provide a tax-incentive. Thoughts? |

Message | The smoking of tobacco is permitted in private homes and clubs, that ensures that the market is free enough whilst maintaining national Morality and dignity. |

Message | To our respected colleagues of the Conservative and Morality Party, It isn't without our reason to connect smoking to morality and dignity. Clearly, I find it an invasion of liberties. Furthermore, the S.R.F.P. is strongly opposed to a nanny-state. And this, my friends, I assure you is a step down that slap. I'd gladly, as said, throw my support to this but with the inclusion of Article 4; we simply can not. |

Message | We agree with the SRFP, and would also support this bill if article four was dropped. Why should our government waste it's time and money enforcing such a trivial law? |
