MessageThis would have my support if Article 4 was dropped. The other articles I'm flexible with but, would support them unquestionably. A nation wide ban on smoking is both a direct violation of liberties of our citizens. Sure, it is unhealthy; no smoker would argue this. How about a more reasonable and free-market approach?

Make this optional, at best. Which allows business owners, club owners, etc. to apply for a permit to allow smoking on their premises. Those who choose to go smoke-free; provide a tax-incentive.

Thoughts?

MessageThe smoking of tobacco is permitted in private homes and clubs, that ensures that the market is free enough whilst maintaining national Morality and dignity.

MessageTo our respected colleagues of the Conservative and Morality Party,

It isn't without our reason to connect smoking to morality and dignity. Clearly, I find it an invasion of liberties. Furthermore, the S.R.F.P. is strongly opposed to a nanny-state. And this, my friends, I assure you is a step down that slap.

I'd gladly, as said, throw my support to this but with the inclusion of Article 4; we simply can not.

MessageWe agree with the SRFP, and would also support this bill if article four was dropped. Why should our government waste it's time and money enforcing such a trivial law?
