Bill: Introducing a title

Details

Submitted by[?]: Pariah Idealism

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2539

Description[?]:

As URP brought up we do need a title so I'm putting up a bill to change the anthem so it has a title. Though it may not really count as a change. Like I have said before, I am open to ideas and change even if they aren't great, there is always room for discussion. What do you say?
