Date | 14:48:19, February 29, 2008 CET | From | Federal Rutanian Libertarian Union | To | Debating the Parliamentary Accountability Act 2359 |
Message | Shorter times between elections increases election and campaign costs putting another burden onto the Rutanian taxpayer. Furthemore, it gives less time for coalitions and majority governments to govern with the utmost care and sincerity as there is fewer time for debate on pressing issues. The ULR will not support this. |

Date | 09:07:50, March 01, 2008 CET | From | Liberated | To | Debating the Parliamentary Accountability Act 2359 |
Message | Legislation requiring taxpayeras to pay for election campaigns is what increases costs to the taxpayer. If you want to be elected to parliament, you should pay the costs of doing so. |
