This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

The responsibilites of Environment and Tourism will be conducted by the People's Reform Party
Article 5
The responsibilites of Trade and Industry will be conducted by the Democratic Centrist Party

| Message | Because parties aren't "entitled" to offices in the cabinet by virtue of the number of seats they hold in the Parliament. The cabinet is properly the result of political compromise forged among consensus oriented parties. |
