The PRP proposes the following reforms to the Hulstrian health system. If any of these changes are entirely objectionable, we will re-submit the Bill without them: |

Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Policy on the legality of abortions
Old value:: Abortion is allowed during the first trimester.
Current: Abortion is allowed during the entire course of the pregnancy.
Proposed: Abortions are only allowed in medical emergencies.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Government policy on subsidising contraception.
Old value:: The government offers free contraceptives in pharmacies and public toilets.
Current: The government does not supply free or discounted contraceptives.

Old value:: Euthanasia is only allowed with consent from the patient and a court order.
Current: Euthanasia is allowed with consent from the patient and the treating doctor.
