This is a bill to regulate the principle of election of the presidents of provinces in the Commonwealth. Article 1. President of the Province is elected from the party which gets most votes in the elections for the Parliament of the Commonwealth. Note(OOC): there is no such a posibillity in the game, but I think we can make it? |
