Message | "Beiteynu has an above-world-class, disorganized, cheap, efficient, and extremely high quality universal private education system that is perfectly capable of raising the next generation of thinkers, intellectuals, and problem-solvers. Competition between the schools ensures that the schools are great. The better schools will have higher enrollment, and therefore get paid more money. It is of great personal interest and will of self-preservation for administrators to ensure that each school is excellent and all the children are as highly educated as possible. What's in it for the public administrators and teachers? If all the public schools are of terrible quality, an administrator might put forth a small effort to make the schools better to the extent to clear his or her conscience, but will be hard-pressed to receive an extra dime for these efforts. However, the desire for more wealth and power is a much stronger motivator and incentive to improve the schools. Who cares about the motives behind better educating our populace? As long as they are educated as best as possible, that's all that matters!" -Raamiah Galgenstrick, Chairman of the GJA Foreign Minister of the SJHB |
