| APU suggests that this, along with the sending of aid and DRACO operations, be the only unilateral measure taken in Luthori, everything else being multilateral. The exact number of advisors sent to be determined in the debate phase. We suggest 10,000. This measure would not be grounds for consription, still an all voluntary millitary, APU holds that such Measures are under the juridstiction of the executive and not parliamanet, thus we await what the sitting president has to say before such measure is taken. However, we also feel it is imprtant to have parliamentary approval, which is why we proposed the bill. |
