Message | Well, actually, if we compare a nation which has legalised small to medium quantities of cannibus such as Canada with a nation that hasn't such as the United States, you will see that there is a far lower percentage of marijuana smokers in Canada than the United States as the hype for it has disappeared along with the illegalisation of it. People are more inclined to do what has been banned from them. |
